*This notice is a re-tender of previous contract notice No 328211-2025. Only the minimum requirements for the financial ratios and timetable have been corrected.* In the 2021-2027 RBMPs, the recipient in and at Skåninge Dam in Ålsgårde has been designated as a strategic action area because it has poor ecological status within several organic substances, primarily phosphorus and nitrogen. As Skåninge Dam today receives organic substances from a number of rain-induced overflows and diffuse discharges to the Knudemose stream, there is a need to reduce these through a number of priority structural measures in the catchment area of Skåninge Dam, which borders on, and extends through, Ålsgårde. In addition to the above, it has been shown that the predominantly communal sewage system in Ålsgårde will in the future not be able to accommodate the expected rainfall when climate change really takes place, which means that Forsyning Helsingør will not be able to comply with the current service level for stowage to terrain at a maximum of once every ten years.
