The GPMD wishes to call on various contractors through a framework agreement for subsequent contracts to be put into competition to carry out project management tasks (subject to Law No 85-704 of 12.7.1985 on public project management and its relationship with private project management) to carry out railway development operations or works to modify the existing network in the port area for a period of 8 years.
