Description

The new construction of the Ludwigshöhviertel daycare centre is located in the north of the educational campus on Granitstraße in the newly developed Ludwigshöhviertel district. The long, two-storey building has a gross floor area (GFA) of around 1,800 sqm. With the six group rooms and the nursery garden, the nursery is oriented southwards to the existing trees on the site. The building is planned as a timber construction with cross-laminated timber walls and cross-laminated timber ceilings. The building is supplied with heat via an air-water heat pump system.
