Procurement of computing equipment: desktop systems, laptop, associated components and peripherals, specific to the different types of users of the ELI-NP project.
The contracting authority shall reply in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information sent by economic operators, at least 10 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, in conjunction with Article 27 (3) of Government Decision No 395/2016, as amended, in so far as these requests will be submitted by the deadline of 15 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
