Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι υπηρεσίες ενίσχυσης τεχνικού προσωπικού των κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων της Φοιτητικής Εστίας Ιωαννίνων (NUTS: EL543), για πέντε (5) έτη, δηλαδή 60 μήνες.
Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας κατατάσσεται στους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV): 50000000-5, 5070000-2.
Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό τού 1 234 207,04 EUR (246 841,41 EUR ανά έτος συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24 %) συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24 % (προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ: 995 328,26 EUR συν ΦΠΑ 24 %: 238 878,78 EUR).
Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε 5 χρόνια (60 μήνες), από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της. Επιπλέον, ορίζεται ότι το ένα (1) συμβατικό έτος αφορά σε δώδεκα (12) μήνες από την κατακύρωση της σύμβασης. Παραδείγματος χάριν, εάν η σύμβαση κατακυρωθεί / υπογραφεί 1.7.2021, ένα συμβατικό έτος θα έχει ολοκληρωθεί στις 31.6.2022.
