Description

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of the concept, design, creation and maintenance (supervision, monitoring and servicing) of an IT tool called ‘Barometr Kujawsko-Pomorski’, as part of the ‘Process of Entrepreneurial Discovery for the development of Smart Specialisations of the region’ project, used to obtain, collect and process data, as well as to visualise them and generate publicly available, ready-made reports on various areas related to the economy of the region, e.g. on unemployment, economic situation, construction, which will allow to analyse the economic situation of the voivodship on an ongoing basis. 2. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party will require employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code. The type of activities related to the performance of the contract and the method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Employer's right to control compliance by the Contractor with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and penalties for non-compliance with them will be specified in the Specifications of the Contract Terms and Conditions and the model contract, after conducting a dialogue in the competitive dialogue mode. 3. The Contractor with whom the Ordering Party will conclude a public procurement contract will be obliged to conclude a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data.
