Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by concluding subsequent contracts and issuing order forms in accordance with the terms of the specifications. The services are paid for by unit prices. The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide surveillance and guarding services by professional and qualified security guards aimed at guaranteeing the safety and security of persons and property (in particular collections and works of art) in cultural establishments receiving the public and/or workplaces of the Loire-Atlantique Department. The services to be provided under the contract will include the following: - the management and equipment of a security PC; - conducting rounds (technical rounds, opening/closing rounds); - raising doubts in the event of alarms; - screening and monitoring of exhibition halls in the presence of the public; - holding a handrail; - the safeguarding of persons and property; - the management of the DATIs of the departmental staff The detailed services of the contract will be described in the Specific Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P.) of the contract sent to the candidates admitted to submit a tender
