In 2019/2020, the city of Bocholt intends to build an accessible underpass for pedestrians and cyclists under the existing bridge of the Theodor Heuss ring and in the waters of Aa. This construction work will be carried out as part of the “Regionale 2016” and will inter alia connect the new city district kubaai with the city centre.
