Met deze aanbesteding beoogt Opdrachtgever een leverancier te contracteren voor de levering, implementatie, beheer en onderhoud van één financieel systeem, dat door Opdrachtgever wordt gebruikt voor zowel de eigen financiële administratie als die van de gemeente Opmeer, volgens het SaaS-principe met bijbehorende dienstverlening. Opdrachtgever voert op dit moment de financiële administratie met een eigen begroting, jaarrekening, administratie etc. voor zowel de eigen gemeente én de gemeente Opmeer.
