Rapeseed meal of 75 tonnes. This product will be used in the production of animal feed. VAT rate according to the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the Law on VAT. Rapeseed meal should meet the above parameters. Physico-chemical parameters: ‱ maximum moisture content 12.0% ‱ minimum crude protein content 34.0% ‱ minimum crude fat content 1.0% ‱ maximum crude fibre content 13.0% ‱ testing for the presence of Salmonella absent in 25 g The Ordering Party requires that the protein components, which is soya meal, are characterized by a low level of contamination with anaerobic spore sticks. The result of the test confirming the presence of anaerobic spore sticks in 0.0001 g, which will be ordered by the Ordering Party, will result in the return of the purchased batch of goods at the expense of the Seller.
