Description

De opdracht bestaat in basis uit het uitvoeren van diepte detectieonderzoek in kader van Opsporen Ontplofbare Oorlogsresten (OOO) ter plaatse van het viaduct aan de Klinkenberg te Sassenheim. Het opsporingsgebied waarbinnen het detectieonderzoek uitgevoerd dient te worden, is direct gelegen onder het Spoorwegviaduct en kan daardoor als zeer uitdagende opdracht worden beschouwd. Vanwege de aanwezigheid van de spoorlijn Leiden-Haarlem en het viaduct zelf, is het niet mogelijk om met de doorgaans veel ingezette magnetometer een bruikbare detectie uit te voeren. Ook kan de aanwezigheid het spoor, vanwege de grote hoeveelheid metaal, een verstoord detectieresultaat geven wat tot onnodige ontgravingen bij het Spoorwegviaduct kan leiden. Vanwege deze uitdaging en aandachtspunten is het advies van de adviseurs ontplofbare oorlogsresten om voor het diepte detectieonderzoek gebruik te maken van het zogenoemde APEX systeem.
