Description

le Centre des Congrès de l'impérial d'annecy occupe une surface de 5.605 mètres carrés, au sein d'un ensemble de 16 000 mètres carrés comprenant également un hôtel 4**** avec trois restaurants et un casino. Le Concessionnaire prend le Site et les espaces affectés au Centre des Congrès (Cdc) selon le Périmètre Concédé, défini en Annexe 1 dans le respect des documents contractuelles.Il assure à ses risques et périls la gestion, l'exploitation et l'entretien du Cdc et notamment :-La promotion et la prospection, dans le but d'atteindre des objectifs commerciaux ambitieux en fonction des équipements mis à sa disposition.-la gestion, l'accueil et la mise en oeuvre de congrès, manifestations, colloques, séminaires, banquets, expositions, festivals, spectacles ou tous autres événements nationaux ou internationaux, à caractère culturel, professionnel, privé, associatif ou social...L'objectif est de valoriser le Cdc par l'organisation de manifestations d'ampleur locale, régionale, nationale ou internationale
