Description

De opdracht betreft een DBm-opdracht (Design, Build & maintain) voor de nieuwbouw van een publiek zwembad gekoppeld aan de bestaande sporthal te Veurne. Het project omvat het volledige ontwerp, de bouw en het onderhoud van een multifunctioneel zwembadcomplex geschikt voor wedstrijdzwemmen (niet-olympisch), schoolzwemmen en recreatief gebruik. Het onderhoud betreft een periode van 2 jaar na definitieve oplevering. Het onderhoud tussen de voorlopige en definitieve oplevering, dat naast de waarborging van de aangeboden technieken eenzelfde invulling heeft als het hiervoor bedoelde onderhoud na de definitieve oplevering, dient inbegrepen te zijn in de bouwkostprijs. Het zwembad zal beschikken over verschillende zwemzones en bijhorende technische installaties, ontworpen met aandacht voor soberheid, energie-efficiëntie, toegankelijkheid (A+), lage exploitatiekosten en een geïntegreerde aansluiting op de huidige sporthal. Het budget zoals ingeschreven op het meerjarenplan bedraagt 15.000.000 EUR incl. btw voor het totaalproject.
