The contracting entities NWL, VRR and Provincie Overijssel intend to award one or more local passenger rail passenger transport contracts on the following lines:
RB 51 Dortmund – Coesfeld – Enschede
RB 63 Münster – Coesfeld
RB 64 Münster – Enschede
On the West Münsterland network in competition pursuant to Article 5(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007. The annual train mileage is approximately 3 million train km.
