Description

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing order forms. Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid by unit and flat-rate prices. The purpose of this contract is to provide bio-waste management services at the sites producing CHI Mont de Marsan. This contract is reserved for ESATs and adapted companies in accordance with Article L 2113-12 of the Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement is reserved for adapted enterprises (EA, ESAT) referred to in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, work support establishments and services referred to in Article L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code and equivalent structures, where they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation, of workers with disabilities who, by reason of the nature or severity of their disabilities cannot engage in an occupational activity under normal conditions
