— Technical equipment (heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitary facilities, electrical, building automation, light planning, energy planning and optimisation), service phase 1 (unless provided by the proposer), phases 2 to 5 in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, § 51 (if they are to be executed) and § 53 of the HOAI 2009.
