Description

Purchaser authorised to award subsequent contracts or order forms: Communes Command Group consisting of the City of Thionville and the Communes of Yutz, Angevillers, Kuntzig, Basse-Ham, Tressange and Manom. The City of Thionville assumes the tasks of coordinator of the group until the signing of the resulting contract.
