Description

The purpose of this framework works agreement is to support the establishment of the Cours Nature programme of the Conseil Départemental de l'Essonne, which has adopted the principle of an ambitious plan to renew the courses of its colleges in accordance with the ‘Oasis’ court model (initiated by the City of Paris): - Vegetation of spaces, - De-simpermeation of part of the space, - Alternation of quiet spaces and play for a more peaceful and inclusive courtyard, - Possibility to make class outside. These courses designed in partnership with teachers and students recreate a pleasant development space for them and contribute to climate change adaptation. Technical and financial supervision is provided by the DBTE. The main features of the project are as follows: - Estimated duration of the work per court: 2 months (including site preparation), excluding GPA, for Lot 1 ‘Various roads and networks’ and 1 month (including site preparation), excluding GPA, for Lot 2 ‘Green spaces’. The work may be carried out on the occupied site, without interruption of the operation of the establishment and in different phases, if planning or contingencies so require.
