Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to prepare, supply and deliver cold-link meals and snacks for the municipality of Saint-Arnoult-en-Yvelines and the CCAS, which is a group of orders coordinated by the municipality of Saint-Arnoult-en-Yvelines. This framework agreement shall be awarded in accordance with a formalised open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Details of the services to be performed which are the subject of the framework agreement are set out in the JTSC. The Framework Agreement shall take effect from the date of its notification. The benefits start on October 22, 2024 for a period of one year renewable twice. Each renewal shall run for a period of one year; a maximum duration of 3 years. Amount of the framework agreement: no minimum amount for the two Lot 1 lots: Maximum annual amount: EUR 300 000 excluding tax; Lot 2: Maximum annual amount: EUR 4 000 excl. tax
