Description

The service covered by this contract consists of carrying out a system action to promote the launch of experiments on innovative ways of matching labour demand – linked to the specific needs of the territorial production and economic systems of the convergence regions – and the training offered by the university system in those regions.
By entrusting this service, the Equal Opportunities Department intends to contribute, at a general level, to promoting equal access to and retention in employment systems for women in convergence regions and to promote the implementation of equal opportunities policies between women and men in the context of measures co-financed at territorial level by the Regional Operational Programmes (ROP) of the European Social Fund (ESF).
