1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a facility entitled ‘Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point’ implemented as part of the Municipal Waste Recycling Centre in Krakow with a location at 17A Igołomska Street, together with the external infrastructure necessary for the operation of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) on plot No 1/169 r.20 Nowa Huta. The Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point is the next stage in the implementation of the investment project entitled ‘Center for the Recycling of Municipal Waste in Kraków’, located on plot No 1/169, district 20, Kraków Nowa Huta, within the former Sendzimir Steelworks, in the area belonging to District XVIII Nowa Huta. Plot No. 1/169 is the property of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania Spółka z o. o. in Kraków. Warranty period: The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor award the subject of the contract, i.e.: − construction materials supplied, construction works carried out and assembly and installation works: * quality guarantee for a period of not less than 60 months, * warranty for a period of not less than 60 months, − waste collection equipment supplied (i.e. steel containers, containers with press, equipment for hazardous waste storage, workshop equipment): * quality guarantee for a period of not less than 24 months, * warranty for a period of not less than 24 months from the date of signing by the parties of the protocol of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. If the Contractor specifies in the offer form a guarantee period and warranty shorter than required by the Ordering Party, the Contractor's offer will be rejected. 4. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: Plot No 1/169, area 20, Kraków Nowa Huta within the former Sendzimir Steelworks, in the area belonging to District XVIII Nowa Huta. 5. Deadline for performance of the contract: The Contractor is obliged to complete the subject of the contract by 31 March 2026. By performing the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority understands the performance by the Contractor of the entire range of services and works covered by the subject of the contract, the provision of complete as-built documentation together with a geodetic inventory of the works site, which will be confirmed by the signing of the final acceptance protocol by the Contracting Authority. 6. The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractors carry out an on-site inspection of the area where the subject of this contract will be carried out. The local visit will take place on 24.01.2025 at. 10:00 - meeting place: Municipal Waste Recycling Center in Krakow ul. Igołomska 17 A (collection at the concierge). The Employer's employees will guide the Contractors around the area where the subject of this contract will be implemented. The above local vision is mandatory, i.e. The Contracting Authority shall reject the Contractor's offer pursuant to Art. 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Act if the Contractor has not completed the required vision. During the above-mentioned vision, the representatives of the Ordering Party will not answer the Contractors' questions. Answers to queries will be provided in accordance with Article 135 of the Public Procurement Act. The costs of the on-site visit (access, possible accommodation) shall be borne by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to write (at least 2 days in advance) to the representative of the Ordering Party at the following e-mail address: beata.wolnik@mpo.krakow.pl from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 14.00 about the willingness to participate in the above-mentioned vision.
