Germany-Jena: Repair and maintenance services of building installations
The WG plans to re-tender and outsource the technical facility management at Beutenberg Campus. The definitions for the tender for TGM services are based, inter alia, on GEFMA 100.
Technical facility management is divided into the operating, maintenance/inspection, periodic inspections, fault management, repair, renewal, documentation/reporting and CAFM. The technical works concern the maintenance/inspection installations of cost groups 300 and 400 in accordance with DIN 276.
The call for tenders is divided into three lots, all three lots being awarded to a best bidder. The contracting authorities within the meaning of public procurement law act not only by the UJs, but also by the HKI and the FLI in separate contractual relationships, in addition to the contractual relationship for the UJs. The UJs thus act as the contracting party and central contracting authority.
