Description

The service expected covers the surveillance data management, the GIS data analysis expertise, the training support for ECDC tools (TESSy, EPIS and GIS tools), the biostatistics services applied to surveillance data of communicable diseases, and the bioinformatics services in order to perform statistical analysis and interpretation of molecular surveillance data and to create robust analysis pipelines as well as the provision of services from skilled individuals in the relevant fields of electronic content management and electronic content analysis.
