Delivery of medicines for the needs of MHAT Lozenets EAD under the PLS, by lot – part 3 ​​​​​​​The subject of the public procurement is the periodic supply on request of medicines for the needs of MHAT Lozenets ” EAD. The subject of the contract includes periodic deliveries of medicines in 20 lots by types and quantities, detailed in the Technical Specification - Annex № 1. 1.Alteplase 50 mg 2.Fondaparinux 2.5 mg/0.5 ml 3.Fondaparinux 7.5 mg/0.6 ml 4.Human fibrinogen 1 g 5.Human Prothrombin Complex 500 IU 6.Coagulation factor IX, II, VII and X (combination) 600 IU 7.Eptacog alfa (activated) 2 mg (100 KIU) 8.Iron (III)-hydroxide sucrose complex 20 mg/ml – 5 ml 9.Ferric derisomaltose 100 mg/ml – 5 ml 10.Iron(III)-hydroxide dextran complex 50 mg/ml – 2 ml 11.Cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg/ml – 1 ml 12.Erythropoietin (Epoetin alfa) 2000 IU/1, 0 ml 13.Erythropoietin (Epoetin alfa) 3000 IU/0.3 ml 14.Erythropoietin (Epoetin alfa) 4000 IU/0.4 ml 15.Darbepoetin alfa 40 µg (100 µg/ml) – 0.4 ml 16.Albumin 200 g/l – 100 ml 17.Albumin 50 g/l – 250 ml 18.Amino acids 500 ml / 8% 19.Amino acids 100,0 g/l – 500 ml 20.Purified soybean oil 200 g/1000 ml – 500 ml The Participant may submit a tender for one, for several or for all lots of the Technical Specification.
