The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity on the terms set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 266 as amended) and on the basis of implementing acts issued on its basis. The purchase of electricity for the Brzeg Medical Centre in Brzeg and Krapkowicki Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. together with the commercial balancing service for energy from RES installations will be based on actual electricity consumption, based on the prices of the product index RDN (Day-Ahead Market) and RT (Forward Market) on the Polish Power Exchange (TGE) for individual hours of the trading day of the settlement period (applies to the entire period of energy supply), taking into account the Contractor's margin and mandatory charges (excise duty, property rights, taxes, etc.).
