Description

‘Providing and assembling furniture and teaching materials for equipping classrooms in pre-university educational establishments in the municipality of Iași within the project ‘Equipping pre-university educational establishments in the municipality of Iași with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment’, contract No 119DOT/2023 (final registration code: F-PNRR-Dotari-2023-5433), financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) - Component C15 Education UAT Iași Municipality implements the project Equipping the pre-university education units in Iași with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment. The project is financed through Component C15 – Education of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). The project also aims to equip the pre-university education units in Iasi with furniture, as it contributes decisively to increasing the quality of the teaching act, to increasing the pupils' school performance, but also to increasing the comfort and safety felt by them. The overall objective of the project is to create a qualitative learning environment, at European standards, for the final beneficiaries – the pre-university education units in Iași, by equipping them with modern furniture designed to facilitate the learning process and create the necessary opportunities to increase school performance. The project aims to equip the group rooms in the pre-university education units in Iasi with specific furniture, in accordance with the orders issued by the Ministry of Education regarding the minimum endowment of those educational units, in order to contribute to increasing the quality of the teaching act and adapting the education conditions offered to pre-schoolers in the pre-university education units in Iasi. Thus, 30 pre-university education units from Iasi municipality will be equipped with furniture, according to Annex 2 to the tender specifications. This purchase will be made taking into account the provisions of the Orders issued by the Ministry of Education regarding the norms of minimum endowment of the group rooms in the pre-university educational units. The deadline within which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications: 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the contract notice. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/candidates is 20 days.
