Description

The subject of the contract is the extension until 30 June 2021 of the guarantee of the manufacturer of IBM/Lenovo equipment and of the VMware licences used by the contracting authority. Within the scope of the supplies, the contractor will perform the following services to the contracting authority: — extension of the warranty of equipment manufacturers and extension of licences as specified in Annex 2 to the Tendering Document; — provision of SLA services in 24 x 7 mode, when you sign up to the contractor’s helpdesk, start the solution within 4 hours of reporting, repair within 24 hours of reporting (including securing of spare parts, operationalisation, functionality tests, etc.); —prophylactic activities of 1 man-day (8 hours) quarterly.
