Description

Elaboration of feasibility study for the implementation of Hardware/Software system for data backup and disaster-recovery management and elaboration of the Business Impact Analysis of Information Services (AIBSI) in the area of essential services and of the Continuity Plan for Information Services (PCSI) according to Tender Specifications no. 109814.4/16.12.2024 and Annex 1 Design theme. The aim is to produce documentation on: - Analysis of the impact on Business of Information Services (AIBSI) in the area of essential services; - Continuity Plan for Information Services (PCSI); -The execution of a turnkey work that includes the system architecture, the necessary hardware and software supply, as well as the conditions for installing and configuring the equipment necessary for the “Hardware/Software data backup and disaster-recovery management system” in all specified locations and the implementation of all specific functionalities. The period for performance shall not exceed 210 days from the date of signature of the contract . Payments, as obligations of the contracting entity and representing the value of the services admitted through their reception, will be executed, based on the invoice issued by the provider, by bank transfer with the OP, in the account declared by him, within maximum 30 days from the date when the electronic invoice becomes available for download in the RO e-Invoice system and all supporting documents. The contracting entity shall not grant an advance. The Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification – on the 11th day before the deadline set by the Simplified Contract Notice for the submission of tenders.
