Description

The subject of this procurement procedure is the provision of logistics services for the holding of events for the implementation of activities under the Operational Programme Human Resources Development. The services include the provision of logistics and organisational and technical preparation for the conduct of various events related to the implementation of project BG051PO001-8.1.04 ‘Support to the Directorate-General for European Funds, International Programmes and Projects’ of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy for the management of the Operational Programme ‘Human Resources Development’ and BG051PO001-8.2.01 ‘Support for information provision of the Operational Programme Human Resources Development’, the specific beneficiary of which is the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
In this context, events to be organised in different formats – information days, conferences, seminars, trainings, exchanges of good practices, discussions, etc. – will take place throughout the country. Logistics and organisational and technical training include the provision of hotels and accommodation; holding events in vocational education and training centres; rental of rooms and technical equipment, sound; organisation of transport; registration of participants; provision/distribution of materials; provision of catering and similar.
