These acquisitions are intended to replace the current school catering furniture for the Department's 16 colleges in order to: - to improve the reception of secondary school students by means of new, visually harmonious furniture, replacing furniture that is often outdated and mismatched, - to reduce the noise nuisance of dining areas by means of soundproofed tray tables significantly reducing noise following shocks, - to reduce the weight of furniture, in particular table-supported chairs, stackable and of largely reduced weight, in order to combat musculoskeletal disorders of staff. The framework agreement is concluded in the context of an open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2, R.2124-1, R.2124-2-1° and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Code de la Commande Publique (C.C.P.) and according to the purchasing technique of the framework agreement, concluded with an economic operator and executed by issuing order forms, with minimum (200,000 euros Ht) and maximum (350,000 euros Ht), pursuant to Articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the aforementioned Code. It shall be concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification of the framework agreement. He won't be returned.
