Description

1 motorised inverse 3D-SMD microscope and 1 Software package for FEMTO SMD microscope
The contracting authority states that, in the context of conformity with the contract, the successful tenderer must deliver, adjust and install the Facility (and all its components and accessories) to the place of performance within the time limit for performance, and then hand over the installed equipment to the contracting authority.
The successful tenderer shall comply with the Contract by the deadline if, within the time limit for performance:
delivered the Facility to the place of performance,
— has set the device and put it into service,
— have completed the specific training,
— the Facility has been successfully transferred to the Contracting Authority;
the documents specified in the Contract have been handed over to the buyer,
— complied with the provisions relating to the Software.
During the handover and reception of the equipment, the successful Tenderer must train the persons designated by the Contracting Authority (minimum 5) at user level for a period of at least 4 hours.
