The Central Project Management Agency (CPVA) intends to acquire explosives neutralisation cannons (the object of purchase) for the Lebanese Armed Forces. This procurement is carried out in accordance with the Project Contribution Agreement signed on 11 July 2025 between the CPMA and the European Peace Facility established by Council Decision (CFSP) 2021/5091, represented by the European Commission as Administrator of Assistance Measures in support of the Lebanese Armed Forces. Annex 1 Activity 1.2 to the project implementation contract.
