The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to promote and support the purchase of energy saving certificates (CEE) for the needs of Logial-COOP and KREMLIN BICETRE HABITAT. The framework agreement is part of an agreement constituting a grouping of orders concluded between Logial -COOP and KREMLIN-BICETRE HABITAT signed on 18 October 2024. Logial-COOP shall be designated coordinator of the group and shall be responsible for all operations relating to the award of this framework agreement until it is notified. Logial-COOP will therefore be the sole interlocutor of the candidates. Each member of the group will then monitor, execute and pay the subsequent contracts drawn up on the basis of this framework agreement for the lot concerning him.
