The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a mono-winning framework agreement for the rehabilitation and improvement of the thermal performance of 478 households in the Alphonse Karr group in Paris 19e.
This contract is a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum amounts within the meaning of Articles 78 and 79 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
The services will cover the diagnostic mission, the basic MOP mission with Visa and the supplementary mission INFCO.
