Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of design documentation and other studies along with obtaining the necessary decisions, as well as arrangements and conditions enabling the implementation of the investment task and the implementation of construction works and performing author's supervision for the investment task entitled. ‘Modernisation of the passenger stop of SKM Gdańsk Zaspa’, including the implementation and commissioning of equipment and systems, as well as the commissioning and operation of construction works, systems and equipment carried out as part of the investment. The execution of the subject of the contract will be carried out in the Design and Build formula. The construction works will include, among others, the reconstruction of the platform, the construction of an underground passageway, the construction of a platform shed, the modernisation of the track surface, the construction of a passenger crane, the installation of a photovoltaic installation. The detailed scope of work is set out in the Functional and Utility Programme annexed to the draft Agreement.
