The subject of the award is a framework agreement for the property-related property insurance (named locations) of Deutsche Bahn AG on the basis of an all-hazard cover (new value insurance) via the designated German subsidiaries and holding companies of Deutsche Bahn AG can insure their property-related locations. For each of the insured companies, the same deductible and liability limit is initially provided for.
