The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, foundation, assembly and connection of residential containers (without accommodation equipment) together with their preparation for use as part of the implementation of: Part 1 - Task No. 24247 “Construction of a container camp with associated infrastructure” in Karliki Part 2 – Task No 24244 ‘Construction of a container camp with associated infrastructure’ in Trzebień, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of applying the option right for all lots. Detailed rules for exercising the option right are described in the model contract annexed to the FTZ. Details of the contract can be found in the OIP annexed to the FTZ.
