Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the replacement of monoblock wheels in vehicles of Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. along with additional works. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party are given in the Model Contract (WU-II part SWZ) and in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ – III part SWZ) for each part of the contract. 3. Acting pursuant to Art. 1 PPL The Ordering Party informs that it will use the so-called. the ‘reverse procedure’, that is to say, it will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender was the highest ranked, as regards the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4.
