ОБОСОБЕНА ПОЗИЦИЯ 2: „Доставка на твърди горива за отопление за нуждите на община Ружинци”, необходимите количества са: Дърва за огрев, с код по CPV: 03413000 – 10 куб. метра +/- 20 %, доставят се в Детска градина «Детелина» село Черно поле; Пелети, с код по CPV: 09111400 – 165 тона +/- 20 %, доставят се в ДСХ с ОЛБ с.Дреновец – 65 т., Детска градина «Изгрев» с.Ружинци- 35 т., Детска градина «Шурче» село Бело поле - 30 т. и Общинска администрация Ружинци – 35 т.
Количествата на горивата са прогнозни и са на база потреблението за минал период, като крайният Купувач ще ги усвоява според нуждите си, като може да заявява доставка под/над обявеното количество, а крайният Продавач приема, че няма да има претенции в случай, че обемът на сделката не бъде реализиран точно. Всички условия са подробно описани в техническите спецификации, които са възложени на брокера, представляващ Възложителя на стокова борса.
