Description

Es ist ein FT-IR Spektrometer zu beschaffen, dessen Optik für den Betrieb unter Hochvakuum konstruiert ist. Die durchzuführenden hochempfindliche Messungen dürfen nicht durch Bestandteile der Luft bzw. weitere Gase beeinträchtigt werden, so dass wichtige Spektrallinien im Infrarotspektrum absorbiert werden. Die Messungen erfordern zudem eine spektrale Auflösung besser als 0,2 cm - 1 und ein Signal-Rauschverhalten von 50.000:1.
