Description

The subject of this contract is the supply of geosynthetics basic order: - road geocrat section about pronunciation. 0,10x3,5x6,5 m - 2 400 pcs.; - geogrid anchor - ribbed bar Ø 8 mm, bent 50cm, min. length 60 cm - 29 400 pcs. optional order: - road geocrat with pronunciation. 0,10x3,5x6,5 m- 4 800 pcs.; - geogrid anchor - ribbed bar Ø 8 mm, bent 50cm, min. length 60 cm - 58 800 pcs. hereinafter referred to as "assortment", intended for the 25th Military Economic Branch with delivery and unloading to: Białystok, Karakule near Białystok, Suwałki and 150 km from Białystok (delivery to military camps located along the Polish-Belarusian border). During the delivery, the Contractor bears full civil and legal liability for any damage caused to third parties, due to improper delivery, as well as assumes responsibility for obstruction of travel on roads where there are tonnage restrictions. The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party the National Declaration of Performance of the assortment indicated in the offer
