Description

As a national monument and Collection station, Middelburg station is a unique building with special grandeur. The station with its immediate surroundings is technically and functionally outdated and therefore requires a number of (large) structural interventions. ProRail and NS Stations are (and will remain) joint owners of the Middelburg station and intend to make a major investment. The use of the station has changed considerably over the past century. With respect for the past and a thorough approach, we want to give the building a sustainable future again. The planned new programme contributes to mobility, social security around the station and has an added social value for the city of Middelburg. We are looking for a contractor who will carry out the renovation as described.
