Description

The subject of this opinion concerns maintenance services under operational conditions for the MegaJoule Laser Pilot on behalf of CEA/CESTA. This pilot consists of approximately 90 pre-amplifier modules (MPA) and 25 fibrated source arrays used to inject the laser chains. The framework agreement for this purpose is broken down into 9 posts; the first (flat-rate and firm) concerns the management and appropriation of the Sources and MPA perimeters; the second (flat-rate and firm) concerns management for a period of 3 years; the third (flat-rate and firm) concerns the production of documentary deliverables on the MCO level NTI1; the fourth (in the unit price schedules) concerns assistance with preventive maintenance; the fifth (in the unit price schedules) concerns assistance with corrective maintenance; the sixth (on the basis of preliminary flat-rate estimates and capped at a maximum of 15% of the flat-rate services) concerns additional supplies or services necessary to maintain the pilot in operational conditions; the seventh (flat-rate and optional) concerns the extension of the duration of the agreement by a further 6 months (including management); the eighth (flat-rate and optional) concerns the extension of the duration of the agreement by a further 6 months (including management) and the ninth (flat-rate and optional) concerns the reversibility of a duration of 3 months.
