Relevant experience from previous assignments (Reference Projects) The evaluation of relevant experience will be based on an overall assessment, with the following qualities included in the reference projects: •Size • Assignment length The three key persons must be able to participate in any negotiations. The key personnel ́s experience with rigging and operation which is included as a part of large turnkey contracts will be assessed as relevant in this context.

Description: Tenderers shall describe in their tender how the assignment is intended to be solved. The description should be brief and precise and it shall include: • A description of how the contractor intends to execute the project, including information on HSE, critical success factors and optimisation of the project. (maximum 4 pages) • Description of rigging, operation and logistics at the construction site. • Description of how the contractor intends to solve the lifting supervisor from SfS BA. • The tenderer ́s organisation chart with name and function. • Progress plan (on level 3) that shows that the implementation plan meets the contract ́s milestones. The schedule of progress must indicate dependencies and durations for the tasks. • An account of how the contract ́s climate and environmental requirements, requirements for the outer environment as well as other requirements connected to BREEAM shall be safeguarded. The contracting authority ́s assessment of the tenders under the award criteria Implementation Plan will be based on the Tenderer's descriptions as stated above.
