The subject of the public procurement is an upgrade of the press management system in Mini Maritsa Iztok EAD, including delivery by purchase of multifunctional devices and all necessary licenses for its operation. Quantity, volume of activities: 1. Delivery of new color A3 laser multifunctional devices - 10 pieces; 2. SafeQ 6 Print Management License Embedded or equivalent with software support included for 36 months - 10 pieces; 3. Software support for 12 months of the current licenses SafeQ 6 Print Management License Embedded - 60 pieces. The subject of the contract also includes the following activities: - Installation and installation of the supplied devices; - Installation and integration of the new licences to the existing installation; - Integration with the directory environment - in the presence and with the assistance of employees of the Contracting Authority according to a schedule agreed in advance between the parties; - Integration of newly installed devices to the software solution.
