The subject of the contract is the organization of the International Beekeeping Congress for a minimum of 120 maximum 170 people. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation were specified by the Ordering Party in the draft contract, in particular in the Detailed Description of the subject of the Order (hereinafter: SOPZ), which constitutes Annex No 1 to the draft agreement, which together constitute Annex No 7 to the FTZ. N.B.: The Ordering Party requires the name and address of the object in accordance with the SOPZ, in which the event will be organized, to be provided in the offer form.
