Description

The Contractor will carry out logistics services for the CEA site of the Moronvilliers Experimentation Polygon (Marne – 51), divided into 3 lots:
— Lot 1: these services will be the subject of an order form contract. They concern the cleaning of premises and vehicles (10 000 m² floor areas + 2 000 m² of windows and 32 vehicles),
— Lot 2: these services will be the subject of a contract. They concern the management of the switchboard (standby service between 8: 30 and 17: 00): connecting and collecting troubleshooting requests (creation of files in the CMMS): around 20 000 calls per year, including 1 000 for CMMS,
— Lot 3: these services will be the subject of a contract. They concern the operation of the shop and reception: store (50 entrées/300 trips per month), receipt/dispatch of parcels (150 entrées/50 trips per month).
