Description

le marché public constitue un accord-cadre exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande, conformément à l'article L.2125-1 1° ainsi qu'aux articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre est mono-attributaire et est conclu avec seulement un maximum de 800 000 euros HT sur sa durée totale (article R.2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique). Le marché public est conclu à prix mixtes. Il comprend des prestations traitées à prix unitaires : - acquisition de licences (Poste 1) - prestations d'accompagnement (Poste 3) ; - mise à disposition d'un environnement supplémentaire (Poste 5) ; - mise en place d'une base d'archivage (Poste 6) Et des prestations traitées à prix forfaitaires : - maintenance du logiciel (Poste 2) ; - hébergement et infogérance (Poste 4) ; - réversibilité (Poste 7)
