4.1 The subject of the contract is the delivery of the following subscription licenses in Microsoft 365 (for Education): 1) 360 A3 Microsoft 365 subscription licenses, 2) 15 A5 Microsoft 365 subscription licenses. 4.2 The detailed description and scope of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ - Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract. The detailed conditions and manner of delivery are set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – the draft provisions of the contract (PPU/draft contract). The Contractor must offer the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the FTZ and cover the entire scope of the subject-matter of the contract.
