L’appalto ha per oggetto la progettazione esecutiva e l’esecuzione dei lavori necessari per la riqualificazione e l'efficientamento energetico della stazione portuale edificio C.I.S.P.E. del Porto di Piombino. In particolare, si richiede la realizzazione di una serie di interventi volti alla riqualificazione architettonica ed energetica della Stazione Marittima, del suo intorno e per la realizzazione di nuovi sistemi di distribuzione per una migliore fruibilità della Stazione Marittima.
